We are a full e-Commerce business. We do not have a retail location.
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been processed or shipped, we can change or cancel it. It depends on the demand, but we will do everything we can to make it happen.Â
So contact us right away, preferably at our online chat or at sales@baooboo.info You can also reach us through our online chat, especially for time-sensitive requests. Ensure the changes you need to make (delivery address, product size, product design, etc.) at first contact.Â
If we cannot cancel your order, you can return it to us once you receive it and request a refund or store credit.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card is charged when you place an order.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift message options. However, you can certainly send your order to someone else and sit back and relax. For orders shipped within the U.S., the addressee will not receive an invoice for the order inside the package. The packing sheets do not include a list of the product’s price. The order’s invoice is sent to the purchaser’s email.Â
Can I add items to my order?
Once your order is submitted, we are not able to add an item to it. If the order hasn’t been processed, you can cancel the order and submit a new one with the things you desire. Contact us at sales@babooboo.info to check if the order has been processed or not. If the order was already processed, you could always place a separate order for the additional items.
What currency is used on the site?
To make your shopping experience even more accessible, now you can visualize the products’ prices in different currencies, like:
American Dollars (USD);Â Canadian Dollars (CAD);Â Australian Dollars (AUD);Â British Pounds (GBP);Â Euro (EUR) &Â Japanese Yen (JPY).
But when you place an order, the order total will appear and be charged in American Dollars (USD).Â
