Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
You did not like the product, or do you want to try a different size or style? We’ve got you covered. Go to your account:Â My Account . Find the order that you’d like to return and start the return process. After approval, once we receive your order back, we will ship the new items or issue a refund.
We accept returns within 30 days. All products must be returned with original packing and in original condition. The return or exchange shipment must have a tracking number as proof.ÂWe are not liable for returns lost in transit.
By purchasing a custom product, you agreed that Airportag created an exclusive product based on the information entered, and there was no layout proof for approval. The data is printed exactly as typed; we do not check the accuracy of the information. Please note that all custom products are FINAL SALE, not eligible for return. We also don’t accept returns for International orders.Â
Please, do not use the address on the package. Wait for your request to be approved. You will find the return address in the confirmation email to send back the items.Â
After receiving the item back, store credit or a refund with the original shipping fee deducted will be issued.
If you exchange for a different product, an additional shipping fee may be applied.
If you received a wrong product or an item with a defect, please go to your account, select the order, and click on the Request Return button. Enter a brief description of the issue in the Notes field. A couple of pictures to illustrate the case may be requested in the next step. Unfortunately, printing (custom items) and shipping errors can happen. But there is no need to worry. We will assist you during the whole process.Â
Babooboo warrants that all new products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and quality for 30 days from the date of retail purchase. This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift only. The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions or use of equipment with which it is not intended.
If our Quality Control team cannot identify the damage/defect by the pictures, we might require you to return the product to Airportag for inspection. In that case, you must follow the instructions provided by our support team before placing the items back in transit to us.
If our quality control team identifies the damage/defect, we will provide a replacement, account credit, or refund.
If no defect is identified, we will re-ship you the product.
